April 24, 2007 Vancouver, BC: Spirit Exploration, Inc. (SPXP: Pink Sheets) today announced that the corporate reorganization and restructuring that we started last year has been completed. Since our share rollback and name change, Spirit has been exploring opportunities in the resource sector in South America and Mexico. Spirit has been active in Ecuador for the past three months and has uncovered numerous projects that we now have under option and will be announcing in the near term.
